The Limits Come First, Because They Are What You Are Actually Buying
A scope you can defend needs an edge. Here is ours, before the capability list.
What We Don't Do
Every build ships with a runbook and a handover session. Support after that is scoped, priced separately, and finite. Nothing about the platform requires it.
You have technical people. We are brought in on the warehouse itself, which is the thing your team has not built at this scale.
Cloud and tool selection stays yours. Designs are cloud-agnostic because we have no position to protect.
Bonus, commission, and incentive logic gets automated after the rules exist in plain language and the people who own them have signed off. We learned this by starting one without it.
Where We Are Uncertain
Stated here so your engineer does not have to find it in a call.
- Platform coverage
Deepest on Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Databricks, Athena, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse. We have limited experience with legacy Azure Synapse Analytics deployments, so we would scope those as discovery engagements rather than routine implementations.
- Schedule confidence
The assessment separates the parts of a schedule we are confident about from the parts that depend on source-system access we do not control. The second list is usually the longer one.
- Public references
Most of our clients are PE-run or regulated and will not go public. We can offer anonymized case notes and one-on-one reference calls. We cannot show you logos.
What We Build
Cloud-Agnostic Architecture Design
The design is written against your sources and your team's ability to run it, on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Right-sized for a mid-market network rather than scaled down from an enterprise pattern.
Governance And Security Frameworks
Access control, audit trails, and lineage that let you show how a number was produced. Built for PHI and financial-institution obligations, with a BAA where the engagement needs one.
Platform Implementation
Lakes, pipelines, warehouses, schemas, and quality monitoring, built and put into production. Definitions are validated against the live schema so the same question does not drift.
AI And Reporting Guardrails
Read-only posture, per-user access enforcement, and logging on every query, so putting a model or a dashboard in front of your data does not create a second thing to defend.
Our product Senti is one option here. It is not required, and it is bought separately.
